This recipe is for one full meal or 2 snacks.  All ingredients are organic.

Equipment

  • Nutribullet

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup berries frozen
  • 1/2 cup arugula tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup baby kale tightly packed
  • 1 cup spinach tightly packed
  • 2 scoops vital proteins collagen peptides or other protein powder)
  • 1/2 inch ginger fresh
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder dark unsweetened
  • 1/4 inch turmeric fresh
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 whole cucumber persian
  • 1 whole liquid your choice – add to what suits for consistnecy

Instructions
 

  • Put in Nutribullet and mix until solids are liquefied
  • Place in bowl and top with 1 tablespoon chia seeds and a handful of nuts
