Ingredients
- 3/4 cup berries frozen
- 1/2 cup arugula tightly packed
- 1/2 cup baby kale tightly packed
- 1 cup spinach tightly packed
- 2 scoops vital proteins collagen peptides or other protein powder)
- 1/2 inch ginger fresh
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder dark unsweetened
- 1/4 inch turmeric fresh
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 whole cucumber persian
- 1 whole liquid your choice – add to what suits for consistnecy
Instructions
- Put in Nutribullet and mix until solids are liquefied
- Place in bowl and top with 1 tablespoon chia seeds and a handful of nuts
